The Cambridge Housing Society have appointed Aran as their delivery partner for their SHDF Wave 2.2 programme through CPC’s N8 Energy Efficiency Framework.

Our new People and Culture Lead, Megan Farrow, has hit the ground running this week with a whole week of activities for our team to support Mental Health Awareness Week. 

Draft guidance for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, Wave 3 was published earlier this week by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).

Aran's successful delivery team are looking to create partnerships with further housing providers to join us on the next phase of this #SHDF journey.

We’ve just been visiting the site of one our SHDF schemes and delighted with the progress being made, and the positive feedback from residents and our housing provider partners.

The project team are working hard to ensure that the scheme remains on track for its delivery targets by March 2025.

The upturn in national delivery for HUG2 has much reflected assisted by our own delivery team, with all of Aran’s projects delivering to target to date. We’re looking forward to the second year of both HUG2 and SHDF allowing us to help many more residents to access grant funding supporting improvements in their homes.

We at Aran are thrilled to have been awarded the accolade of ‘East of England Insulation Installer of the Year’ in this, our 20th year of insulating homes and business across the region. Our Large Scale Project with Cambridge City Council was also highly commended in a category with many strong nominations.

Aran are delighted to announce they have secured a place on EN:Procure's Installation and Repair Framework, to deliver Loft, Cavity and Solid Wall Insulation, Solar PV and Whole House Retrofit Solutions.
