The latest statistics for HUG 2.0 have been released, which show at the end of June 2024 a total of 4500 measures have been installed across 2600 households. A significant step forward in delivery since we last reported in March 2024.  While the scheme is still a challenge in parts, it has started to achieve more momentum which will now hopefully continue over the rest of the year.
 
As ever a huge well done to our team and delivery partners for increasing volumes the last quarter contributing significantly towards the delivery of the programme.

Of the works delivered to date, Aran have completed an impressive 582 (12.9%) of the completed measures and delivered improvements to 355 (13.7%) of households receiving improvements under the scheme to the end of June 2024.
 
The high level of partnership working between the teams at Aran and the brilliant officers at our local authority partner organisations have been a key to the success achieved to date, we look forward to continuing to work with you for the rest of HUG2 and moving on to the new Local Authority Retrofit Scheme (LARS).

We're slightly behind on reporting but the latest statistics update for HUG 2.0 by the Department for Energy Security have recently been released, which show at the end of Year 1 of the scheme, a total of 1839 measures had been installed across 1100 households. A significant step forward in delivery since December 2023. Let’s hope this improved momentum continues in year 2.
