Our works assist in improving the built environment of the communities in which we work. The upgrade of the standard of the buildings we treat translates into improvements in the health and well-being of the residents, and assists and encourages a cohesive social community.

We engage with the communities where we work, not only in delivering our works but also being involved in the wider community through chosen local charities that enhance the well-being of the community. This translates into assisting with the reduction of fuel poverty through lower energy usage and supporting local employment opportunities, which include apprenticeships.

This is not only through the energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that we install that help reduce the UK’s energy requirement, but also through our low energy use offices and electric vehicle fleet. We measure our impacts to help baseline developmental improvements.
