Draft guidance for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, Wave 3 was published earlier this week by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).

A confirmed £1.25 billion has been earmarked for the period of 2025-2028. This funding will enable social housing providers to deliver towards their Net Zero targets. It will help housing providers in funding various retrofit measures including loft insulation, external wall insulation and clean heat in both ‘on gas’ and ‘off gas’ homes.
