Making a difference for people, homes and communities
AgilityEco and Aran are proud to share our 2025 - 26 Impact Report, highlighting the positive difference our combined work is making for households and communities across the UK.
Covering April 2025 to March 2026, the report brings together the people, projects and partnerships behind another year of energy efficiency improvements, retrofit delivery and support for households experiencing fuel poverty.
Together with our clients and partners, our work during the year helped to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs for more than 39,000 homes, generating an estimated £19,705,175 in annual bill savings.
Creating warmer, healthier and more efficient homes
Throughout 2025 and 2026, AgilityEco and Aran continued to work alongside local authorities, social housing providers, government and community organisations to deliver energy efficiency and retrofit programmes.
This included more than £18.1 million of funding through the Warm Homes: Local Grant and over £9.2 million through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHDF Wave 3).
The wider impact of this work extends beyond improving properties and lowering energy bills. During the reporting period, activity contributed more than £12 million in value for health and care outcomes. AgilityEco's Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) team also completed 18,207 home visits and provided vulnerable households with 129,291 low-cost energy-saving measures.
Growing our impact together
Aran joined AgilityEco in April 2025, bringing additional retrofit expertise and installation capacity to the wider group. The partnership has helped expand the number of specialist installation teams available and increase capacity to support growing demand, particularly within the social housing sector.
Across the reporting period, our combined activity resulted in the installation of 253,709 energy efficiency measures, contributing to a reduction of more than 446,000 tonnes of lifetime CO₂ emissions.
Our work also supported 848 jobs across local communities, social enterprises and charities, demonstrating how investment in energy efficiency can deliver wider social and economic benefits alongside warmer, more efficient homes.
Working in partnership
None of these achievements would be possible without the organisations and people we work alongside.
We would like to thank our colleagues, clients and delivery partners, including energy suppliers, local and combined authorities, social housing providers, community organisations and charities, for helping to turn funding and expertise into meaningful outcomes for households and communities.
As we look ahead, Aran and AgilityEco remain committed to reaching more households, improving more homes and maximising the positive impact of investment in energy efficiency and retrofit. By working together, we can extend the reach of our programmes and help even more households and communities benefit from warmer, more energy-efficient homes.
