We will be remaining open for work throughout this period of lockdown. All our highly trained staff will continue to work hard to keep you and them safe whilst working in and around your home.

The safety of our customers and our staff is paramount, to protect you and them we have adopted several new procedures.
All appointments will be screened before any visit takes place. Our team will contact you before your appointment to confirm that any residents are free from Covid-19 or any associated symptoms. This information will be confirmed when we arrive at your property.
We will ask if there is any evidence of suspected or confirmed Covid-19, or if anyone is self-isolating, or showing symptoms of Covid-19 within the property. If there is evidence we will NOT enter the property or complete works, a new appointment will be made.
While we are in your property we will maintain social distancing and ask that you do the same. At all times a minimum distance of 2 meters must be maintained between you and our staff member.
All residents includes children, any site visitors and pets must not be in same room as the operative for the whole time we are in your home. If social distancing is not maintained our staff will leave your property and a new appointment will be made at a later date.
When we complete works we will ask you if you are happy with the works. You will be asked to sign confirming this. This maybe electronically or hard copy, both options allow for safe signature, your operative will confirm the process with you but will include use of wipes, sanitiser and you will need to wash your hands with soap and hot water before and after signing.
We will let you know when we leave. All PPE used at your property will be taken away from your property and disposed of responsibly and surfaces will be sanitised.
To ensure we are able to keep you safe
- All Operatives have been trained in the use of all PPE provided to carry out their work, this includes Antibacterial Wipes, Face Masks, Disposable Gloves and Sanitiser.
- Antibacterial Wipes - Operatives will sanitise hands before starting work. Clean down any surfaces before touching them using the wipes. After the work is complete, operatives must sanitise then inform the resident they are about to leave the property.
- Face Masks – Operatives will put on their Face Mask prior to leaving the vehicle and approaching the property. The Mask must be worn at all times within the property.
- Disposable Gloves - Operative must put on their Gloves prior to leaving the vehicle and approaching the property. Gloves must be worn at all times within the property.
