Aran is working alongside Dartford and Dover councils to deliver essential energy upgrades between now and 2028.
The Warm Homes Local Grant scheme is for households that:
✅ Have a gross annual household income of £36,000 or less
✅ Receive means-tested benefits (such as Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit)
✅ Live in a home with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G
The types of energy-saving home improvements you may be eligible for include:
✅ Internal and External Wall Insulation
✅ Loft Insulation
✅ Cavity Wall Insulation
✅ Air Source Heat Pumps
✅ Solar PV
✅ Heating Controls
