Senior Capacity Planning Manager
Project Manager (Private Sector)
The Project Manager will take operational responsibility for the successful delivery of private sector homes works including the delivery of the Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG) contracts across a range of funded and private sector delivery models.
The role will manage Project Coordination staff efficiently and work delivering in line with programme KPIs, contractual obligations and client expectations, maintaining client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced operational management role requiring strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive team performance, manage operational challenges proactively and ensure customer and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Field Technical Co-ordinator
The Field Technical Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring health and safety standards are consistently implemented across Aran’s operational delivery.

Technical Quality Manager
The Technical Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the technical quality, regulatory compliance and audit performance of retrofit works delivered by the company.
This role provides leadership across PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance, installation standards, quality assurance processes and accreditation management, ensuring works are delivered right-first-time and in line with industry regulations, certification body requirements and client specifications.
The role will work closely with Operations, Retrofit Coordination, Contracts Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure installation quality is maintained across all workstreams.
Head of Field Delivery
The Head of Field Delivery is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and performance of Aran’s national field delivery operations.
Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor (Kent)
We're recruiting for a Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor, based in Kent. The role includes carrying out Retrofit Assessments and EPC Assessments on domestic properties for Aran Insulation Limited with high levels of accuracy to allow for Energy Efficiency works to take place safely and in properties which meet the required technical standards in line with PAS2030:2023, current building Regulations as well as our system supplier and certification body requirements.
The surveyor will be field based, typically working across Kent and surrounding areas; however, there may occasionally be a requirement to travel outside of these areas, the role is from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however on occasions there will be a requirement to work outside these hours.

Roofer (Kent)
We are looking for a skilled Roofer to become part of our Kent based Roofing Team, responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on pitched roofs. The ideal candidate will be able to recognise roofing problems and offer suitable solutions, while ensuring safety when working at height. You will have the capability to replace and install roof tiles, slates, felt, cement work and leadwork. Install mounting systems and solar PV panels on pitched and flat roofs.
Solar Electrician (Kent)
The role of the Solar Electrician will be responsible for undertaking installations of Solar PV, Mechanical ventilation and Electric Storage heaters. Together with our team assisting in all paperwork being completed and lodged ensuring full compliance to MCS and Building Regulations.
Project Co-ordinator
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the customer journey, starting from the survey phase and concluding with the successful completion of the project.
You will be accountable for delivering multiple installation projects within specified timelines and budgets. This position necessitates strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects and customers simultaneously, with a positive, proactive, professional and process driven approach.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Review survey data and produce installation-ready documentation
- Create a plan for works, specifying all tasks and resources required
- Develop a quote for the works defined
- Compile rate cards showing labour time/costs for tasks
- Create and validate material kit lists to ensure correct stock allocation
