Senior Capacity Planning Manager

 

The Senior Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring the company has the operational capacity required to deliver current and future programme volumes across its operating regions.

The role will lead forward resource planning and capacity forecasting, working closely with operational leadership and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient installation capability exists across the companies delivery network.

The position will monitor workforce utilisation across both direct delivery teams and subcontract supply chains, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and efficiently.

Field Health and Safety Co-ordinator


The Field Health & Safety Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring health and safety standards are consistently implemented across Aran’s operational delivery.

The role is primarily site-based, working closely with operational teams, supervisors and subcontractors to monitor safe working practices and promote a strong safety culture across all installations. The role includes
conducting site inspections, safety observations and compliance checks, ensuring field teams are operating in accordance with company procedures, legal requirements and client safety expectations.

Technical Quality Manager


The Technical Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the technical quality, regulatory compliance and audit performance of retrofit works delivered by the company.

This role provides leadership across PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance, installation standards, quality assurance processes and accreditation management, ensuring works are delivered right-first-time and in line with industry regulations, certification body requirements and client specifications.

The role will work closely with Operations, Retrofit Coordination, Contracts Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure installation quality is maintained across all workstreams

Head of Field Delivery


The Head of Field Delivery is responsible for the overall leadership, governance and performance of Aran’s national installation and site delivery operations.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across all field delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The role oversees the full field delivery structure including Senior Contracts Managers, Contracts Managers, Supervisors and site-based teams, ensuring the organisation has the competence, capability and systems required to deliver complex retrofit programmes at scale.

Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor (Kent)

We're recruiting for a Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor, based in Kent. The role includes carrying out Retrofit Assessments and EPC Assessments on domestic properties for Aran Insulation Limited with high levels of accuracy to allow for Energy Efficiency works to take place safely and in properties which meet the required technical standards in line with PAS2030:2023, current building Regulations as well as our system supplier and certification body requirements.

The surveyor will be field based, typically working across Kent and surrounding areas; however, there may occasionally be a requirement to travel outside of these areas, the role is from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however on occasions there will be a requirement to work outside these hours.

Aran Roofer Image

Roofer (Kent)

We are looking for a skilled Roofer to become part of our Kent based Roofing Team, responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on pitched roofs. The ideal candidate will be able to recognise roofing problems and offer suitable solutions, while ensuring safety when working at height. You will have the capability to replace and install roof tiles, slates, felt, cement work and leadwork. Install mounting systems and solar PV panels on pitched and flat roofs.

Key responsibilities include the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of roofing issues such as ridging and verges. The ideal candidate will be able to complete a project from start to finish (eg, knowing what materials need preparing, clean up to leave the site spotless at the end of a project, ensuring the client is left happy, etc). You'll also need to liaise professionally with residents, clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with Aran H&S procedures.

Solar Electrician (Kent)

The role of the Solar Electrician will be responsible for undertaking installations of Solar PV, Mechanical ventilation and Electric Storage heaters. Together with our team assisting in all paperwork being completed and lodged ensuring full compliance to MCS and Building Regulations.

With this, we are looking to bring on-board an experienced and qualified Electrician that is confident in offering great customer service to our clients. Your skills and qualifications will also be initially required to survey, design and install your own jobs.

Reporting into the Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering installation projects on time and to budget. A keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects and customers is required. A positive, proactive, professional and process driven attitude are key to you succeeding in this role.

Field Supervisor (Kent)

We're recruiting for a Field Supervisor, based in Kent and surrounding areas.

The role involves working closely with Aran’s Management team to provide supervision of the installations to enable completion of contracts in accordance with the requirements of our third-party accreditations and in line with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. This will entail regular site visits to ensure works are being completed to the specification.

Preparation and collation of all required paperwork to enable invoicing and handover as required, projects require inspection on completion to ensure all works completed and correctly, inspection forms to be completed, hand over forms to be issued to client on completion, primarily throughout East Anglia, South East and Midlands areas of England.

Installer (Loft and Ventilation) - Kent and Surrounding Areas


We are currently looking to recruit installers to support our growing installation teams. We are hiring for two roles: Loft Installers and Habitable Room Ventilation Installers working across Kent and surrounding areas.

The Loft Installer role focuses on the preparation of loft spaces and the installation of loft insulation materials to industry standards, ensuring all works meet energy efficiency and regulatory requirements.

The Habitable Room Ventilation Installer role focuses on installing ventilation measures within properties to improve airflow and indoor air quality. This includes the installation of trickle vents, habitable room vents, and door undercuts in line with ventilation guidance and company procedures.

Successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Supply Chain Coordinator

Project Co-ordinator


The Project Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the customer journey, starting from the survey phase and concluding with the successful completion of the project.

You will be accountable for delivering multiple installation projects within specified timelines and budgets. This position necessitates strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects and customers simultaneously, with a positive, proactive, professional and process driven approach.

Senior Contracts Manager (Suffolk & site based)


The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of insulation and retrofit works across Aran.

You will oversee on site operational performance across Contracts Managers, Supervisors and the subcontracted delivery model, ensuring all works meet M Group Services and SHEQ standards, as well as client expectations. You will play a central role in programme planning, site oversight, improving quality, strengthening audit processes, and ensuring site compliance and delivery are robust and right-first-time.
