The Field Health & Safety Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring health and safety standards are consistently implemented across Aran’s operational delivery.

Technical Quality Manager
The Technical Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the technical quality, regulatory compliance and audit performance of retrofit works delivered by the company.
This role provides leadership across PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance, installation standards, quality assurance processes and accreditation management, ensuring works are delivered right-first-time and in line with industry regulations, certification body requirements and client specifications.
The role will work closely with Operations, Retrofit Coordination, Contracts Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure installation quality is maintained across all workstreams
Head of Field Delivery
The Head of Field Delivery is responsible for the overall leadership, governance and performance of Aran’s national installation and site delivery operations.
Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor (Kent)
We're recruiting for a Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor, based in Kent. The role includes carrying out Retrofit Assessments and EPC Assessments on domestic properties for Aran Insulation Limited with high levels of accuracy to allow for Energy Efficiency works to take place safely and in properties which meet the required technical standards in line with PAS2030:2023, current building Regulations as well as our system supplier and certification body requirements.
The surveyor will be field based, typically working across Kent and surrounding areas; however, there may occasionally be a requirement to travel outside of these areas, the role is from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however on occasions there will be a requirement to work outside these hours.

Field Supervisor (Kent)
We're recruiting for a Field Supervisor, based in Kent and surrounding areas.
The role involves working closely with Aran’s Management team to provide supervision of the installations to enable completion of contracts in accordance with the requirements of our third-party accreditations and in line with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. This will entail regular site visits to ensure works are being completed to the specification.
Preparation and collation of all required paperwork to enable invoicing and handover as required, projects require inspection on completion to ensure all works completed and correctly, inspection forms to be completed, hand over forms to be issued to client on completion, primarily throughout East Anglia, South East and Midlands areas of England.
Installer (Loft and Ventilation) - Kent and Surrounding Areas
We are currently looking to recruit installers to support our growing installation teams. We are hiring for two roles: Loft Installers and Habitable Room Ventilation Installers working across Kent and surrounding areas.
The Loft Installer role focuses on the preparation of loft spaces and the installation of loft insulation materials to industry standards, ensuring all works meet energy efficiency and regulatory requirements.
The Habitable Room Ventilation Installer role focuses on installing ventilation measures within properties to improve airflow and indoor air quality. This includes the installation of trickle vents, habitable room vents, and door undercuts in line with ventilation guidance and company procedures.
Successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Project Co-ordinator
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the customer journey, starting from the survey phase and concluding with the successful completion of the project.
You will be accountable for delivering multiple installation projects within specified timelines and budgets. This position necessitates strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects and customers simultaneously, with a positive, proactive, professional and process driven approach.
