Project Co-ordinator


The Project Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the customer journey, starting from the survey phase and concluding with the successful completion of the project.

You will be accountable for delivering multiple installation projects within specified timelines and budgets. This position necessitates strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects and customers simultaneously, with a positive, proactive, professional and process driven approach.

Senior Contracts Manager


The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of insulation and retrofit works across Aran.

You will oversee on site operational performance across Contracts Managers, Supervisors and the subcontracted delivery model, ensuring all works meet M Group Services and SHEQ standards, as well as client expectations. You will play a central role in programme planning, site oversight, improving quality, strengthening audit processes, and ensuring site compliance and delivery are robust and right-first-time.

Installer


This position of the Insulation Technician/Installer will involve a mix of insulation installations, including loft, cavity and extraction. Initially, the focus will be on the extraction of cavity wall insulation for both residential and commercial buildings. As the position progresses, there will be a requirement for training in additional insulation and ventilation measures, such as cavity wall fill, cavity extraction, loft insulation, and background ventilation.

Key responsibilities will encompass the proficient use of specialised tools to carry out necessary insulation measures aimed at enhancing the energy performance and efficiency of buildings. We're looking for someone to demonstrate attention to detail and strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the insulation process.
