Warm Homes Funding
The Warm Homes Scheme is a partnership project between Aran and district councils to help residents in Kent and Medway save energy in their home. This scheme can offer free* and partially funded heating systems, loft insulation and cavity wall insulation.

Local Authority Green Homes Delivery Scheme (LADS)
Aran are working with several Local Authorities across Kent who have been awarded Government funding through the Green Home Grant Scheme, to install insulation and other energy efficient measures within homes in Kent. Up to £10,000 of funding is available.

*The offer and any grant funding is subject to property assessment and qualifying criteria and may differ across Boroughs. Grant funding is calculated using Ofgem deemed savings scores. Grant funding will differ between property types, property size, fuel types and installation. Privately rented homes are subject to variation in qualifying criteria. .
