We have been helping landlords access grant funding to reach minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES). Helping them improve their portfolio's thermal efficiency, aiding a warmer, safer and cheaper to run home for their tenants for many years to come.
Funding is dependent on your property’s EPC rating and tenant financial circumstances. Funding may differ across local authorities and may also be available for tenants that have a health condition made worse by the cold.
You could be entitled to funding* towards;
- Loft insulation
- Cavity wall insulation
- Room in roof insulation
- External wall insulation
- First time central heating systems
- Broken boiler replacements
- Or in some cases renewable heating systems such as air source heat pumps.
Improving the desirability of your rental property is easy. Find out more on the types of funding that are available. If your property or tenants do not qualify for a grant funding, you can still arrange a free survey to assess the costs and benefits of installing home insulation.
