Governments Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme

Later this Autumn you will be able to apply for your Green Homes Grant Voucher, or maybe access a grant through your Local Authority delivered programme.
Through this Green Homes voucher homeowners and Landlords can access grants for energy efficiency upgrades insulation, including solid wall, cavity wall, underfloor, loft or roof insulation. Grants to support low carbon heating, air-source or ground-source heat pumps, or solar thermal for hot water will be available too.
If you already have installed any of the energy efficiency measure mentioned, you can use the vouchers to install "top-ups" – for example, additional loft insulation so it reaches the recommended level of 270mm.
Green Homes Voucher
Your voucher could be worth £10,000 toward upgrading your home.
For most homeowners and landlords, the vouchers will be worth about two-thirds of the cost of the energy efficient improvements, up to a maximum of £5,000 per house. Low income homes will be able to access £10,000 to support improvements. In some Local Authorities you maybe able to access additional grant funding. 
As a Trustmark approved installer we will be able to complete works using your voucher to cover some or all of the cost of works.
You are able to book your property assessment now for a quotation allowing you to have quick access to your Green Homes Voucher as soon as they are released.

ECO Funding
While it’s not possible to install a new gas central heating or upgrade your boiler through this voucher programme you maybe entitled to an ECO grant.
ECO grants may also cover the cost of works for loft and cavity wall insulation, check to see if you are eligible now instead of waiting for your voucher.
There are many energy efficiency measures you can have installed but to ensure that we are providing the highest possible quality installation to all our customers we will only be covering certain regions. We will be releasing further details very soon!
