Providing Fire Protection Essential Works for Emergency Departments

While our Insulation and Heating teams are staying safe at home, our Fire Protection team is still out delivering essential services, as works continue at multiple NHS sites across the East and South East of England.

Works are taking place in A&E Departments and other key areas, this work is crucial to increasing capacity within Emergency Departments which are under severe pressure due to Covid-19. These works also support the commissioning of care beds and keeping care beds open for the frail and vulnerable as well as providing support and resources to the NHS.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team for continuing to deliver these passive fire protection works throughout this unprecedented time and for the support they are providing the NHS.  We urge you all to continue to follow the Government advice to help slow the spread of this virus, stay home, avoid unnecessary journeys, only leave home for essential shopping, medical needs or to exercise once a day, unless like our Fire Protection team you  cannot work from home.

Stay Safe
